The competition will take place March 23rd, 24th, and 25th, 2012 at Cal Poly Pomona.

To compete in the competition, we will need your payment and all forms by Tuesday, January 31st, 2012.
REQUIRED FOR COMPETITION
1. A check for $500 made out to "CPP Foundation". Please mail the check to the following address.

2. A completed WRCCDC Commitment Form/Roster Sheet (form is attached). Please fax or e-mail the completed form to Dan Manson at (909) 869-3248 and e-mail the completed form to dmanson@csupomona.edu. The form can include up to 12 participants, you will not be able to add names to the form after it is submitted.
3. Completed Media Release Forms (form is attached) for all team members and team coach.
We will need your check and completed forms sent back to us by Tuesday, January 31st. If we do not received all forms and payment by January 31st, you will not able to compete.
We plan to provide food for all teams and and lodging (double occupancy) for all team members for Friday night. Additional lodging will be provided on an as needed basis.
